Hello! My name is Emma Cruciani, and I am the general (K-5) music teacher in the Osceola School District, at the Osceola Elementary School and the Osceola Intermediate School. Here, you can find a variety of different lesson plans, repertoire, and a philosophy statement pertaining to my personal goals for student growth in music.
Emma Cruciani, Soprano, graudated from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire this past May with a degree in music education. Emma has been involved in music and theatre extensively since the age of 7. She had performed with the Eau Claire Children’s Theatre, the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Theatre Department. Major roles for Emma have been Annie, in Annie Warbucks, Brigitta in the Sound of Music, Snow White, Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast, Anita in West Side Story and most recently Mrs. Lovett in UWECs Spring 2017 production of Sweeney Todd. Previously, Emma has sung with the UWEC’s Symphonic Choir and Symphony Orchestra as the soprano soloist for Rutter’s Magnificat, Handel's Lord Nelson Mass, Vivaldi's Gloria and a featured soloist for Handel’s Messiah. Emma has won numerous awards singing in the NATS auditions and has received scholarships from such distinguished departments such as the Cabaret Choral Scholarship, Colleen Ferg Scholarship as well as the P.E.O Star Scholarship. Emma studied voice at UWEC with Dr. Mark Mowry, and studied music education under the tutelage of Dr. Frank Watkins, Dr. Laura Dunbar, and Professor Elizabeth Joosten. Emma currently teaches general music in the River Falls School District, at Rocky Branch Elementary School. She previously taught for 3 years in the Osceola School District.
